2. Responsible persons and signing authority

Board of directors (Verwaltungsrat): Dr Dirk du Plessis Jonker (Präsident), Hans Peter Mark (Mitglied und Geschäftsführer), Christian Thomas Tobler (Mitglied).

Signing authority: any two members together (Kollektivunterschrift zu zweien). Every contract, including the counsel mandate, carries two signatures.

4. Information Officer (South Africa)

For parents and children resident in South Africa, the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) applies alongside Swiss law. Our Information Officer under POPIA is:

5. Complaints and disputes

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data or your child's data, write to privacy@euler.swiss first. We answer within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority:

For complaints about the Platform itself, including conduct and content, the Terms of Use for Parents describe the review route and the appeal to a person. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory law in the country where you live.

6. E-commerce particulars (UWG Art. 3 para. 1 lit. s)

At the time of publication the Platform offers no paid plans and takes no payments. The levels that are open are included for every registered child.

When paid plans open, the following will apply, and this section will be updated before the first sale:

• Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT and all public charges. Prices in other currencies are shown alongside for information.
• The steps that lead to a contract, the means to detect and correct input errors before an order is placed, and the immediate electronic confirmation of each order are described in the Paid Plans and Refund Policy and shown on the order screens themselves.
• No price, purchase button or payment form is ever shown on a screen used by a child.

7. Content and liability for links

Swiss eduGLOBE AG takes care that the content of the Platform is accurate and current. We take no responsibility for the content of external websites reached through links from the Platform. The operator of the linked site is responsible for it.

Problems in the problem bank are contributed by members of the Euler Faculty, who are credited on each problem, or are generated and reviewed as described in the Privacy Notice for Parents. Copyright and other rights in the Platform's content are described in the Terms of Use for Parents.
